GUIDED MEDITATION: Walking
And a reminder to chill

This is a reminder about Permission to Chill on Sunday May 31st (about 5 minutes) followed by a ~15 minute walking meditation.
If you aren’t familiar with active meditation practices—excellent! This was made for you.
You don’t need a huge amount of space: maybe ten feet or so. The space doesn’t need to be a straight line. You can round the corner as you need. Practice lives where you do.
